4th - 6th Grade
At CMYK Art Studio, classes for 4th-6th grade students are geared towards learning proper technique and care for materials, building on foundational understanding of the elements and principals of art and design, continuing to experiment with more advanced materials, and building confidence to express their own artistic style. All of this takes place in a safe, fun, and uplifting environment where students collaborate with their peers, learn to encourage one another, and feel safe to express themselves freely.

Studio Club Membership
Is art your student's thing or does your kid really want to improve their artistic skills? Then Studio Club might be the perfect fit for them. This invite-only membership is for 4th-6th graders who are serious about developing as an artist and have a desire to learn. There are lots of perks of being in this program such as a custom art smock the students can leave at the studio, an end of year art showcase, a group field trip opportunity to an art museum, additional team building events and training on how to photograph and digitally edit their work. An additional perk of being in this program is that students get to pre-register for Explore Core classes before they open to everyone else.
If you think this program might be a good fit for your student, email meagan@cmykartstudio.com. Memberships for this program are semester-long and returning students get first preference to continue before new students are invited. We recommend taking an Explore Core class or two so that we can get to know your student!
